Control your sales tax collected from customers and paid to suppliers. Up to three sales taxes may be used, and configured as standard or flow-through (HST). Remittances to and refunds from the government are calculated automatically.

View your company status with all of the standard reports: Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Balance Sheet, Income Statement, General Ledger, Trial Balance, and General Journal.

Ledger accounts are managed with unlimited standard four digit account numbers (1xxx Assets, 2xxx Liabilities, 3xxx Capital, 4xxx Revenues, 5xxx Cost of Goods Sold, and 6xxx Expenses). Accounts may be added as necessary, and flagged as active or inactive.

Backup all your data to a text file, and restore your data at any time.

When back online, Acctapp automatically synchronizes your work with the server. Your company could have several remote devices all accessing and adding transactions. Acctapp uses the standard double-entry accounting method. Debits and credits are entered into the General Ledger, creating a fully auditable paper trail for your accountant.
